The room was comfy but I struggled with a hard bed.

The Crown certainly had the potential to impress, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my lofty expectations. Breakfast started at 9am which is far too late, we left hungry. I expected a complimentary upgrade for putting up with the vexing lack of information about restaurant timings, but alas, no such luck. Absoluteley appalling experience.

It would have been great to have some late-night dining options available since we arrived late, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.
